Landscape
I am awed by the beauty of God's creation, and I try to reflect that sense of wonder in my study of the landscape. I favor an impressionistic portrayal of the land, where loose and expressive marks describe a world of flickering light against shadow. Strong horizontal compositions create a feeling of peace and tranquility, a welcome respite from the storms of life.
